Merkel's Camp is happy to welcome you! Situated on a beautifully treed point overlooking Wabigoon Lake near Dryden, with housekeeping wilderness cabins and RV sites right on the lakeshore. On Wabigoon, Dinorwic and connected lakes, fish for Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskie, Smallmouth Bass, Perch and even Crappie. Enjoy our FULLY equipped cabins and deluxe boat rentals. We have an ideal location on Wabigoon Lake and most guests rarely venture further than 1-3 miles from camp for excellent fishing! Our outpost cabin is located on Little Basket Lake with water access to Big Basket. You’re Pleasure is our Business! This has become our motto due to the excellent service and accommodations we’ve provided for our guests in the past years.
